  • How much does it cost to rent Betty Light?
    The price for renting Betty Light is DKK 1,200. Then there are various add-ons you can add to adapt your experience to your own preferences. You can see all these extras when you order.
  • How to book Betty Light?

  • What does "digital only, no printer" mean?
    Betty Light is a digital product and does not include a printer, meaning it does not produce physical prints, only digital content. If you wish to have your photos printed, you can get this afterwards for a fee of DKK 500.
  • How is Betty Light delivered and returned?
    Your Betty Light will be delivered to your nearest post office no later than one weekday before your event. You then return the photo booth the next working day to a post office of your choice in the same package as it came.
  • Is shipping free for Betty Light?
    Yes! Both shipping and return are included in the price when you order Betty Light.
  • How much does it cost to have the photos printed afterwards?
    Having all your photos printed and sent to you after your event costs DKK 500 and can be added as an add-on when booking.
  • What does Brand the Screen mean?
    Our photo machines have a large touch screen on the front, which you can design with your own logo/design/message. E.g. put your company logo on the whole screen.
  • What is Betty Booth?

  • How many photos does the photo booth print?
    The photo booth is filled with 800 photo strips, which corresponds to 400 uses. Each use gives 2 photo strips (2 identical strips) Very few events manage to consume all paper in one evening.
  • Are 800 photostrips enough?
    Yes, 800 photo strips are almost always enough for an event. Few people manage to finish all the photo strips in one evening. Should you have a huge event, e.g. a fair, you can always buy an extra photo roll when you place your order.
  • How big is the photo booth? How much space does it take?
    Fully assembled Betty Booth uses a floor area of approx. 1.2 m x 1.2 m. The height is approx. 150 cm. The machine itself is 46 cm wide x 27 cm high x 36 cm deep. That is, without a stand. The stand is folded approx. 120 cm high and weighs only 2.5 kg The transport box for our photo booths has external dimensions: 62 x 48 x 34 cm. Much like a suitcase. The transport box has wheels and can be easily rolled. It fits in all normal cars. With the machine unpacked, the transport box weighs approximately 35 kg. It only takes one person to pick up the machine.
  • What size is the photo strip?
    Betty Booth prints classic photo strips that are 5cm wide and 15cm high.
  • What does "logo on the photo strips" mean?
    Our machines print classic photo strips, 15 cm high - 5 cm wide. At the bottom of ​​each strip there is space to insert your own designs. For businesses, this usually means a company logo or message. For private customers this usually means Name + date. For example "Erikas & Simon - 2023.01.01". It is also possible to design the entire background of the photo strip, for example with a certain color or pattern. After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to send the logo to us. Be sure to follow the instructions and submit the logo to us as soon as possible by replying to the email.
  • How do I send the logo to you?

  • What is meant by online photo gallery?
    Those of you who have booked the Betty Booth with an online photo gallery will receive an email a few days after your event with a link to all the photos that have been taken digitally. We delete the images from the gallery after 7 days. So it is important that you download the images immediately when you get the link.

Prices may vary depending on the availability of ​​our machines, demand on the selected date and also the time of year and day of the week. We always try to offer competitive prices to our customers.   • Can you reserve a photo booth?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve machines for customers as we handle hundreds of customers per month.
  • When should you book at the latest?
    Our photo booths are very popular, which often means that we are fully booked, especially on popular dates. For this reason, we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible. Weekends during the summer are usually fully booked over 3 months in advance.
  • When do you have to pay?
    We take payment upon booking. We handle hundreds of bookings every month and therefore unfortunately do not have the administrative ability to keep track of who has paid. For this reason, we charge directly for both card payment and invoice.
  • Why do you have to pay when booking?

  • What are your cancellation conditions?
    If you wish to rebook to another day, it is possible to do so without extra charge for rebooking, provided that the new day is free, that the price is the same or less and that the cancellation is made at least 1 day before the original collection/delivery day. If the newly booked day has a higher rental amount than the previously booked date, an additional fee may be charged for the difference. If you cancel your reservation 31 or more days before the agreed collection/delivery date, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental amount, regardless of whether payment has been made or not. If you cancel Betty Booth 30 days or less before the agreed collection/delivery date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental amount will be charged, regardless of whether payment has been made or not.
